The Vice President of Development will partner with Blue Engine’s leadership team (CEO, COO, CPO), our Board of Directors, and Board of Engineers to bridge from ‘launch’ to ‘growth’ phase of our organizational development. The VPD will coordinate the efforts of a growing, 3-member development team to strengthen relationships with existing funders while generating significant new leads from individuals, foundations, and corporations, locally and nationally.
